    Could someone upstairs explain to the members what the differences in power there is between the mods, the supermods and the admin. This would be helpful when deciding who to u2u a question to.

    Mods: Can edit posts in their subscribed Forums
    Super Mods: Can edit posts in any forum
    Admin: All of the above, plus add/delete/ban members, and change forum templates and themese.
    Super Admin: All of the above, plus they can change the php and FTP of the site

    Not quite Z. Being Super Administrator has absolutely nothing to do with getting FTP Access and accessing the files.
