Jump in the wagon everyone. This is for all of you. REMEMBER, DON'T GUESS. ONLY PICK THE ANSWER IF
YOU'RE ABSOLUTELY SURE WHY THAT IS THE ANSWER. :)

HINT: each bar has a purpose. its purpose is CONSTANT.

What is the conclusion? (AS ALWAYS you can check your answer by opening it in
notepad and search for "answer" without the quote.)

    This is fairly simple...

The red and blue bars stay in the outermost row and move three spaces CCW each turn (or five spaces CW).

One yellow bar (the one that starts at 11 o'clock) moves inwards one row each turn, while the other one stays in the second row. Both move CW one space each turn, staying opposite each other.

The green and cyan bars stay in the third row and move one space CCW each turn, staying opposite each other.

    Hence the answer is...

HA...like I'd actually say it. Just check the image file like tablet says.

    Edit: hmm..apparently the
    tag doesn't work here.
