Anyone have any ideas? Personally I have never seen anything like this before myself. The only reasonable deductions I could make would be a new species that has been undiscovered due to low depth living out in the ocean somewhere, and has died and been brought in from recent weather systems.

This is very strange. I blew it up and sharpened it a bit. It is look looking. Could this be a baby lochness? That would be so cool. I will try to fund more news on this. Although, does nto seem to be such a popular story. hmmm

I was kind of thinking that too, but I dont think lizards are common in that area, unless as pets. I have yet to find any other sources or pieces of information about it.
