\'Jekyll and Hyde\' cancer gene identified

This is certainly wonderful news in cancer research. Hopefully in my lifetime, there will actually be a cure for cancer.

Hopefully the use of modern technology can help identify the many harmful genes in the body . Now that the human genome has been fully mapped , scientists are finding that the proteins that cause harmful reactions are the realy hard buggers to figure out due to their complexity .

Alan Alda from M.A.S.H fame does a program called Scientific American Frontiers , and they had a great show on this . Luckily ALL of the programs are available for online viewing free of charge !!! I would recomend them to all : http://www.pbs.org/saf/index.html
