    Yes, not on the installation. But its ok if he is out in the population, because Bengel tigers should be running freely around in their natural environment. Perhaps it will choose to snack on some of the humans who brought it here in the first place. Observe, just do not disturb, should be a motto when dealing with exotic wildlife. Let them be in their own proper environment.
