Calvanism whas created by John Calvin and the ideas of Calvin were influenced by the teachings of Augustine. There is five points of calvanism the first one is total depravity which we are totaly depraived of gods grace. The second one is unconditional election which means that god has to specificaly chose to give you the grace to beleive. Third one is limited atonment which means god only died for the elect. Fourth one is irrestible grace which means if you are elect you are automaticaly drawn to god's grace. Fifth one is perserverance of the saints which means if you are an elect you can not lose your salvation. I personaly take the opposite view even though there are some truths to it. Anybody calvanists here? If you are feal free to debate me I'm up for the challenge!
