Contest/Game/Event Rules of Participation




All existing Terms & Conditions of the Ignorance Denied forums apply
in any Find The Rings Forum Post, Contest, Game, or Event.





Additional Find The Rings forum Terms & Conditions are outlined as follows:


1 - Anonymous posting is allowed in the general Find The Rings discussion forum, but misuse of anonymous posting by any member may result in immediate banning of the offending member account.

2 - Intentionally giving wrong or misleading information, pretending to have influence on rule enforcement, or falsely reporting violations, may result in immediate banning of the offending member account.

3 - Some Contests/Games/Events will require a member to post in the FTR Answers forum. Editing is prevented in the FTR Answer forum, Anonymous posting is prevented in the FTR Answer forum, and all date/timestamps in the FTR Answer forum will be regarded as the final determinant in resolving any winner or question result by the administrators of IgnoranceDenied.com. All threads and posts in the FTR Answer forum are private and can only be viewed by the original poster and the administrators of IgnoranceDenied.com.





Specific IgnoranceDenied.com Contest/Game/Event Terms & Conditions:


1 - Active IgnoranceDenied.com administrators, super moderators, moderators, any other staff members of IgnoranceDenied.com, and their family members, are ineligible to play or win, any Contest/Game/Event. Only registered members in good standing and premium members, are allowed to play or participate in any IgnoranceDenied.com Contest/Game/Event.

2 - All participants of any Contest/Game/Event, are required to create and maintain an active account at IgnoranceDenied.com. All accounts are free to the public and open to public registration provided the IgnoranceDenied.com and FindTheRings.com terms & Conditions are followed and adhered to. No Purchase is necessary to play or win.

3 - Infractions placed on any member account in any of the IgnoranceDenied.com forums will apply points to that account as a normal forum function, and may result in that member being placed into probationary member status, quite possibly removing the ability for that member to participate in any Ignorancedenied.com Contest/Game/Event.

4 - Exploiting any bug or glitch in software or server operation, manipulation of the event client, stealing or hacking other players account data, account trading or sharing, operation of more than one member account, or intentional disruption of any portion of any game or event, will result in immediate banning and expulsion of the member(s) from any IgnoranceDenied.com and FindTheRings.com activity.

5 - Any member caught cheating in any form will be banned and disallowed from participation and of winning any Contest/Game/Event, and additionally will be banned from being a member at the IgnoranceDenied.com website.

6 - IgnoranceDenied.com administrators will select all winners based on predetermined criteria primarily based on the rules and guidelines of any specified Contest/Game/Event. In the event of discrepancy, all ties, or any other reason that requires an IgnoranceDenied.com administrator to resolve how a Contest/Game/Event actually ends, the IgnoranceDenied.com administrators will make a decision based on all available information, and any such decision will be considered final and complete.




Specific Guidelines and Rules concerning prizes and awards:


1 - Some prizes or awards will require the winner be 13 years of age. Some prizes or awards will require winners to verify their age, verify they are adults of 18 years of age, or have an adult represent them in order to be recipient of a prize or award. IgnoranceDenied.com holds no responsibility or requirement to assure the prize or award will be delivered if any age requirements are not met by the winner.

2 - Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees, and all such additional costs that may be incurred. Any or all prizes or awards will have no claimed value and will not be substituted for any cash value, or prize/award substitution, of any kind.

3 - Prizes or Awards that cannot be delivered to any winner for any reason or due to regional or delivery issues, will not be delivered, and IgnoranceDenied.com will not be held responsible for any prize or award that cannot be delivered to any winner.

4 - Claiming of prizes requires a post response in the FTR Answers forum from the winning member within 15 days of being notified of winning in the FTR Answer forum. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. IgnoranceDenied.com is not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner(s).

5 - Neither IgnoranceDenied.com, IgnoranceDenied.com sponsors, nor employees of IgnoranceDenied.com or sponsors may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of any winners of a prize once possession has been taken of the product by winner. IgnoranceDenied.com is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with or resulting from any Contest/Game/Event promoted by IgnoranceDenied.com.






IgnoranceDenied.com reserves the right to change, add, or delete any FindTheRings.com rules or guidelines at any time and without notice. Refer to this document as the current active rules and guidelines, and as often as necessary in order to remain current.
