A Bald Eagle on the way to work

My wife called me one morning on her way to work, and told me to grab the camera and head out. About a mile from home she spotted this Bald Eagle. It was still there when I got to where she spotted it.

A couple of shots of a bald eagle stopping off on its migration route.

    We have a couple flying around our area but I have never had the chance to snap a pic yet...

    Well I saw this same eagle in the same tree two days ago. Almost a year to date. I think this bird must stop by every year there on his route to his nesting grounds.

    I never thought I would see something like this two years in a row. Didnt have my camera this time though.
