Days 17-31

Ok... so I have been pretty bad about keeping track of my daily Blog, but I am going to blame it on because of the fact I am hitting the gym every day except Friday and Sunday, I can only go after work so by the time I get home it is already after 7pm and almost bed time. Too tired to do anything else.
Anyhoo, not much has been different with what I am doing, I am almost completely done with what I ordered on this diet. I have a little over one week left to finish it out. As I mentioned above I have upped my Cardio and weight training regimen to every day. I go to kick Mon, Wed, Sat, do weights on Tue, and then finish it off with strength and tone on Thur.
Having been pretty strict on everything I eat, I have recently started bringing in foods I cut out like yogurts, cheeses, lean meats, broccoli cauliflower carrots etc, dairy products. Even with the stuff I am adding I have managed to keep dropping in weight. Wait for it.... Wait...
231 POUNDS!!!
