  1. Days 17-31

    Ok... so I have been pretty bad about keeping track of my daily Blog, but I am going to blame it on because of the fact I am hitting the gym every day except Friday and Sunday, I can only go after work so by the time I get home it is already after 7pm and almost bed time. Too tired to do anything else.

  2. Days 14-16

    Day 14
    Uneventful day at work, regular day in day out stuff. Went to the gym after work, I was feeling pretty strong but managed to pull a muscle in the middle of my back by my right shoulder blade... started getting real tight by the end of my workout.

    Day 15
    Oh man, can't even turn my head without the body compensating for the pain! I did quite a number on it.. Work was horrible and wouldn't ya know it everything I needed to do today was overhead.

  3. Days 11-13

    Day11

    Got to the cabin around 11:30am unpacked got comfy then was handed a brewskie... what to do what to do.....
    Ah well, gotta keep my sanity and I can always work twice as hard next week.
    Stayed in the hot tub for 5 hours, one of the most relaxing weekends I have had in a while. Awesome.

    Day 12 HAPPY EASTER!
    Took the kids to go sledding. I can't believe how much snow there is in April! Plus it was still coming down like no tomorrow. LOVE ...

  4. Day 10

    So I weighed myself again this morning and to my surprise I jumped up to 237lbs, I was expecting a little gain because of my late dinner but not 3 lbs!! Ah well, I won't let this get me down, just have to stay on track and not eat my L&G right before bed. I did have a pretty sedentary day, not at work but sitting in a classroom for 4 hours then going straight to bed with more calories than my body needed to burn.
    I had a good day at work, finished up one job so I could start another next ...

  5. Day 9

    I woke up this morning and weighed myself not really expecting to have lost much..... 234lbs. More than I expected, obviously from combining cardio and weights. :-)
    I took a continuing ED class from 4-9 pm. Didn't get home until 10, sometimes living so far out really bites.
    Ate my lean and green when I got home then went straight to bed.
